HOW DO YOU SYNC?

Easy set-up, small footprint

SYNC button??? hard to get battery in
This works fine for charging phone and battery (as well as any other Ive had) with a nice streamlined look to it, and considering that it charges both phone and battery, a fairly small footprint. BUT, I cant for the life of me figure out how it syncs. Do I have to use a different plug to sync? That makes no sense! There is no button anywhere I can see.
Dont know if Id buy it again if I had to buy a cradle, though. A little chintzy for the price.

Cons:
Spare battery charger stopped working after 3wks.
You get what you pay for and I maybe got less than 3 weeks of good use for this product. The spare battery charger would not charge when the treo is hook up, even though the green LED would light up red. It didnt charge with the phone off the cradle and the LED would stay green also. Now the green/red LED doesnt light period.
Hot syncing happens only if I stick a piece of thin cardboard behind the treo for extra support so the terminals make proper contact. The phone is too wobbly when docked.
